There are so many beautiful gardens and sitting areas around this building and surrounding property. Concrete repairs are under way but it will be back to awesome soon.

This is just one of the many spots that you could sit and enjoy the afternoon. This one just happens to be at the front entrance, a great place to wait for your visitors.

The kitchen is in excellent shape and feels so big with the opening and bar counter top.

The dining area could be expanded very easily along the front windows if you decide to have friends and family in for great meals and fun get together’s.

The balcony is just over 20 feet long and a great spot to take in the view and the morning sun.

These 3 bedroom units are a real bonus and not normally available, there’s so much room in this home.

This is the 3rd bedroom currently set up as a tv room or den, but it could also be a great office space, or heck it could even go back to being a 3rd bedroom ;)

The master bedroom is quite large at 11x13 feet and it has its own 2 piece ensuite. This room has the entrance to the balcony.

And your thinking, WHY a picture of the change rooms? Well I did it because it should be noted that all of the facilities, the gym, sauna, pool, showers and common areas are immaculate.

There are so many places to get outside to enjoy nature.

If you’re a nature lover you’re going to love exploring around mud lake. Terrific views and check out the landmark called Big Rock while you’re out roaming the woods.

Its really amazing how many great features this property has access to. The wonderful pool building has windows at both ends so it’s so nice and bright inside.

You wouldn’t believe the trails just outside your door. Warning though!! The locals can be a bit pokey so you’re going to have to pass some of them on the trail around the lake.

Having the laundry room just down the hallway on the same floor is a real bonus.

No driving anywhere to get to this fully equipped gym, just leave the car in the underground parking, ignore the snow and take a stroll downstairs.

Your all out of excuses now!! With this pool room, the ping pong room, full gym, and the swimming pool, you’re bound to get some fun back into your life.

This library room is also a bonus hiding spot to get some peace and quiet to actually read a good book.

Come on!! Think back to the last time you played ping pong. Guaranteed you had lots of laughs, and if you’ve never played get ready to have a blast.
