Transportation

Upper Lakeville is especially car friendly. It is very easy to find a place to park. Walking is not very convenient for property owners in this area since many daily needs are almost impossible to meet without the use of a car. It is also challenging to commute by bike in Upper Lakeville because the terrain is not particularly flat, and the cycling network is not very extensive.

Character

Upper Lakeville is a wonderful community to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed atmosphere. Most areas in Upper Lakeville are especially quiet, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Green spaces aren't well-distributed, which results in them being very difficult to get to from a lot of locations within the community.
