Transportation

Cars are a great mode of transportation in Pleasant Point. It is especially convenient to come across a parking spot. This area is not very conducive to cycling since Pleasant Point has a quite bad bicycling infrastructure, and there is a considerable amount of slopes. Travelling on foot is also not very convenient for home buyers in this community because almost no daily needs can be carried out without the use of a vehicle.

Services

Pleasant Point does not contain any high schools or primary schools. With regards to food, it is very rarely practical for house buyers in this part of the municipality to do their grocery shopping on foot.

Pleasant Point is an excellent community to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm ambience. Pleasant Point is great for those who need quiet surroundings, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Parks aren't well-spread out, resulting in them being very difficult to get to from numerous locations within the community.
