We contacted Tania & Tina in April 2022 from another province and their response to help us purchase a home in Calgary was immediate! Holy moly, what a power combo these two are!
Facing a really challenging sale- depressed market, in lock-down, and a non-resident of Canada I was needing an experienced and knowledgeable agent to help me and am so grateful a friend that previously bought through Tania and Tina gave me the recommendation.
These guys killed it on the basics- clear and straightforward communication around the process and status (and my action lists), setting clear and realistic expectations, transparency on viewings, giving me all the info I need to make key decisions and fast turn around on offers and negotiations.
And they knocked it out of the park on the extras-foreseeing challenges and actively planning for them, detailed walkthrough videos of viewing feedback and stats (I looooved this part), and making me feel like I was a part of the team to get this over the line. The property photos and virtual staging they did actually made me think twice about selling!
Of the 3 properties I have sold in Canada this was the most complex, but actually the easiest and most enjoyable for me. They are just "good people". Property was sold within 2-3 weeks of listing. Cant recommend these guys highly enough!

Tania and Tina defied any expectations we could have in regards to realtors for buying our first home. They were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process step by step but most of all, they took the time to get to know us and what we wanted. From the first time we met them, they were organized and reliable and we left with more information and resources than we expected. We had a timeline of a little more than two months to work with and they were very courteous and respectful. They never showed us houses outside of our budget and were incredibly thorough with each viewing. There were a number of places we saw that had red flags that we didn't notice that their expert eye caught straight away. There are a lot of things as first time home buyers that you don't think of when you're viewing a house as the process itself can be overwhelming but they were quick to catch details such as work needed within the house, things that seemed to be out of place, expensive updates, the sound of traffic through the windows, flight plans, etc. It was comforting to know we were in good hands and with people that were working with us and not just for us. They made the process easier and each individual they recommended from the home inspector to the lawyers were lovely to work with. We would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

My husband and I are so thankful for Tania King and Tina Hansen for helping us find our perfect place. Their professionalism and knowledge helped us tremendously since we were first time home buyers. Communicating with them was very easy and convenient since they were very responsive and accommodating. They were always ready to answer our many questions and even gave their honest opinions on every property that we viewed.
