Josh Etters took on the task of getting my house ready to sell and there is no way I could have done it without him. The countless hours he spent painting, cleaning, tiling, showing the house, and supporting me through this was absolutely above and beyond what i could have imagined. Blue forest realty has a real gem in Josh and I will promote him to everyone i hear is considering selling their homes. We had an offer and Josh was able to negotiate a higher price for us. He didnt rush me or make me feel i had to accept the offer. Josh responded to any questions I had every single time right away. Josh was very knowledgeable about all the areas in London. Josh did an excellent job on researching all the houses and the areas. Josh was extremely patient with us, as we wanted to make sure we bought exactly what we were looking for, josh spent a lot of time helping us find that. Josh went out of his way all the time to show us multiple houses, and would always respond right away if we had any questions. Josh was extremely friendly, and made us feel comfortable. We definitely didn't feel pressured to buy, which we appreciated immensely! Overall an excellent experience, we'll be recommending him to all our friends and family in the area! 10/10 experience. Josh ensured that we keep on task with our responibities to purchase this rental unit. The process was new to us and he was available to answer any questions promptly. He supplied us with a detailed to do list which keep us on track. Josh was consistently in touch with us to monitor our progress to get all required documents especially in regards to our mortgage. He was always very patient and friendly. Josh also helped us navigate the required City of London rental licensing procedure which we had not been aware. Our entire experience with Josh was excellent, he went above and beyond his legal responsibilities.
