We could not have asked for any better help with selling our home. When we were just in the undecided stage as to whether or not to list, Marcella did a walk thru and got back to us with her recommendations. Very simple recommendations that eventually led to a perfect sale. At the time we had tenants, they were able to find a new home which left or home empty. Time for a blitz weekend getting it ready for the market. Always with input from Marcella as to what we could do to help make it a successful listing. We finished what we could do, and headed back to our home in a different province. I think that is important to note that constant communication was done and so important as at the time we were listing or home we were living 8 hours away. Right up until the night before or listing went live, Marcella worked hard checking comparables and trying to get the most for us. In the end they decided to list week above what we were anticipating. Our listing went live, with a record of something like 16 viewings on the FIRST day. After just 5 hours, we recieved a full ask offer with a quick possession. More than we could hope for. Again, Marcella went over and above doing little extras, communicating with the buyers agent and talking on our behalf, especially since we lived away. We also used the lawyer that Marcella recommended, and again that helped make it easy and efficient. I really can not find anything negative to share. We have bought and sold many times over our life and this was BY FAR the easiest, smoothest and most efficient process in our 42 years.

I personally do not think you could get a better realtor. Marcella was AMAZING! My husband and I worked with many realtors before being led to her. We have looked at over 100 houses before we found the one! We went through being pushed into weird contracts, made uncomfortable, being scrutinized by our age, realtors judging us on how picky we were and thinking they knew us. Marcella did none of those. Being a young couple and doing our first home purchase is and was a big deal. It was all new. She knew everything we needed, and if something stumped her, she ALWAYS asked someone else. She was always a text away, and never made us feel like a bother. It is a strange thing to think of but it was a very personal relationship; she took all of our skills, combined them with hers and helped us search every inch of homes we wanted. Marcella was/still is like a real estate mom to me. I knew nothing about buying and didn't really know Red Deer. I would recommend her to anyone I know looking at buying or selling a home! It kind of makes me sad that we don't get to chat with her regularly anymore!

Marcella arrived at the designated time and went through the process with us, answering any questions we had. She explained the rules as regarding to covid. She had an experienced photographer come in who displayed our home well. Our home went up on the computer on Friday and sold on Sunday!
After explaining what we were looking for, she set up appts to view 4 properties. We loved the 4th one and put together an offer. After some negotiations we had ourselves a new abode.
She was always quick to respond, even when away on a mini holiday. She would approach the other realtor/seller if we had questions and get back to us promptly. She was fun and friendly but professional.
I would highly recommend using her.

Marcella is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate markets and has the best advice for buying and selling a home. Marcella was amazing throughout the entire process. We bought a house pretty fast, and it was our first home. Marcella was there to answer all our questions and provide such valuable information and advice. She is so trustworthy and I knew she was always acting in our best interest. When the time came to make an offer she stayed up with us until 11pm as we went back and forth on price with the previous owners and scored us an amazing deal. She also has many amazing connections within the community for any home needs. She also provided us a great referral to a lawyer for closing fees (she gets discounts ;)) She truly felt like a friend, she shared in our excitement, our nervousness, our stresses. I truly can't recommend Marcella enough. She was there every step of the way.
