Charles went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor and really helped to simplify and improve my experience as a first time home owner. His knowledge and keen observational skills came in handy countless times while we were browsing through houses and it was at his suggestion that we expanded some of our criteria for a house and wound up getting a fully customized house of our own, which met all of our needs for a similar price, through a new build rather than buying an existing home.

We decided to sell a 4-plex on a large lot and received proposals from a number of agents. Charles' was the best and most complete in terms of a comprehensive plan that included pre-marketing followed by listing on MLS with scheduled viewing dates and a deadline to receive bids. His proposal was also the best in terms of providing floor plans with measurements for all units and the photos were excellent.
Charles recommended a listing price that was intended to be slightly aggressive but still generate multiple offers. We received 5 very clean and reasonable offers following 2 days of viewings, and the property sold over list.
Charles did an excellent job of scheduling the viewings and inspection with our property manager, and was very mindful and respectful in his dealings with everyone. We would strongly recommend Charles whether you are buying or selling.

Charles Zhang is a person I had met previously at social events, but had no experience with professionally, and I was blown away! Charles' calm and confident demeanor, mixed with his charm and knowledge made working with Charles a very enjoyable experience for my fiancé and I. We started with a very broad list of parameters including location, house style, age, and features, and Charles was patient in letting us see all these types of homes and learn first-hand what we did and did not like. We had a hard time articulating exactly what we did or did not want in a home (couples right!), but Charles patiently observed our reactions, conversations, and comments which he used to lead us to our new home! The day we first saw the home we purchased, before we even said we wanted to put in an offer Charles had contacted the listing realtor to find details on any other showings and offers! The two most important factors to us are list price strategy and trust in our relator having our best interest in mind. Charles has a solid understanding of the local market and fair comparables. He gave us a pretty tight ($7K) range of what we can expect to sell our property for and we came right in the middle of expectations. This requires a lot of skill to do given the current market, but helped a lot with our planning and decision making. There was also a two week period after we just dropped our list price and we had zero showings. We were starting to panic and thinking of reducing price again and Charles counselled us to be patient and hold. Sure enough, after that bout of bad weather, we had more showings and eventually finalized an offer without having to drop our price again. Go with Charles and you won't be disappointed!
