Right from the get-go, Paola showed great interest and enthusiasm in my wife's and my objective of buying our first home. As first time home buyers, Paola exceeded our expectations and always went above and beyond! We really felt like Paola took us under her wing and guided and directed us into the perfect first home. She was honest when things didn't look right (that we didn't notice/weren't aware of), made great recommendations, was there throughout all phases (including our home inspection) to make sure we were asking the right questions, and even followed up to make sure we were on track with our banking/lawyers/property taxes ect. She made great rapport with others helping us out (inc our family and contractors) and was extremely genuine. We never felt rushed (if anything the opposite).
