Kapil was able to sell my home in 3 days at over the asking price. Leading up to the sale, we went through a consolidation and review of my current property. We discussed areas that needed addressing (painting, bulbs, decluttering) and determined the price for the area. We priced it at a point that gave us a strategic advantage over other houses in the area. We visited comparable houses in the area to determine the right price point. Kapil coordinated a professional staging company that managed the entire staging experience. He even had a photographer come the same day to get the house on the market ASAP. Once listed, Kapil leveraged his technology platform to allow me to manage and adjust viewings based on the timing that worked on my end. I would get emails in advance, which gave me enough time to manage viewings. Once we had offers start to come in, Kapil navigated with each of the agents to ensure that I received the top dollar for my home. In the end of the day, we sold in 3 days at over asking.
