Working with Aileen, was like dealing with a trusted family member!
To say the process was swift would be a lie because we spent much time changing our selling timeline as well as changing our buy requirements, but thankfully Aileen was there, along with her team, when we were ready. She also helped with the reassurances I needed along the way of the process as we bought before we sold, so the pressure truly was 'ON!' for our sale, but at no time did I feel like there were any tactics used that made us feel any discomfort whatsoever; I'd say the opposite was true - I felt like she truly had it handled for us. Offers came in that she knew we wouldn't accept, but she walked us through the process on dealing with it accordingly in a calm and experienced manner.
She communicated well and consistently (as did her team) and interesting to note, is that I know she was relating to another client (aged person) in a way that was necessary for that person, something that I truly appreciate as a trait of a truly caring individual.

I was very impressed with Aileen from my first phone conversation with her. I was planning to sell in a few months and Aileen respected that timeline. There was no pressure to change that. She set dates at points that were relevant for my situation. She was on time for meetings and phone calls. Aileen assisted with the sale of our house and the purchase of a condo in the South Delta area. Her knowledge of the area market was exceptional and she provided appropriate market comparables This made it easy to assess the value and set a selling price.
When it was time to search to buy, Aileen listened to our requirements and showed us appropriate properties and not waste my time with showing everything on the market. That has been a frustrating experience I have had with other agents.
