If we could score Joan higher, we would. About 9 yrs ago, She helped us buy our first house. In the last weeks, she has helped us sell our home and buy another one. Both times she exceeded our expectations. She would always make herself accessible and looked out for our best interest. She is straight up and knows the business well.
